Cant log in to supply my meter reading

    Hi there.
    Im trying to log in since few days but im getting this info:
    "Access Denied!
    Sorry,you are not authorised to perform the operation"

    Can anyone look into this.Thanks

    At what point does that message appear? Is it as early as when you attempt to log in to your online billing profile?

    Thank you for confirming.

    We have tested accessing online billing, through the following:

    Desktop - Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox: access was successful.

    Mobile - Android/Chrome: access was successful.

    Mobile - iOS/Safari: access was interrupted.

    Is it through Safari that you are trying to access your online billing?

    We have tested accessing online billing, through the following:

    Desktop - Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox: access was successful.

    Mobile - Android/Chrome: access was successful.

    Mobile - iOS/Safari: access was interrupted.

    Is it through Safari that you are trying to access your online billing?

    Hi.
    Im trying through Chrome and Mozilla(i tried to remove cookies etc) on windows 7.No luck.Ive tried on my mobile and getting message to contact admin and some long code...


    ''Error!
    An error occurred while processing your request.
    You can:
    • Go back and try again
    • Contact system administrator quoting the following details
      Error Code: 8001.500
      Request Id: ed7b2795-f895-48ca-8a55-......'' each time
    Its no big deal but cant remember when my bill is due :D

    There is an issue with online billing at the moment - it is affecting people randomly. Apologies for the inconvenience. It is being worked on at the moment.

    We can assist with account queries here on Boards.ie if you wish - just private message us the Electric Ireland account number in question, stating that you are the account-holder, your name as it appears on your bill, the address and the date of birth on the account.

    We will assist you ASAP.
