32"ish TV

Would anyone be able to recommend a decent entry level 32" TV? Would go bigger if there was a good bargain going. Wouldn't be pushed towards a smart TV or any other extras, just a decent brand with reasonable specs. Haven't been seeing a huge amount of deals in the last few weeks
