Chromecast extension for iPad?

    Can I get an extension for Chromecast for the ipad 2? If so, how? I want to cast from the RTÉ Player to the tv, but I don't have my laptop here. Thanks.

    No there's no extension available. Certain apps have Chromecast support built in (YouTube, 4oD etc) but on iOS there's no native support from Chrome. On the desktop version of Chrome you can install the extension and cast that way.

    The only way to send from RTE player on the iPad would be the Apple TV.
