Swimming Pools in Limerick

Hi folks just moved to Limerick recently. I used to be a swimmer and trying to get back to it. Can people recommend any good cheap pools for membership in the city and preferably a gym? I know UL obviously. Is there others? I am based in Caherdavin. Cheers in advance.
