Upgrade with speed reduction

    Nobody at Eir seems to have any answers but sytem was supposed to be increased from 3mb to up to 24mb . The line is about 400metres from exchange but why has it been reduced to 1mb. When it was queried reply is it has to go to India, amount of time this is taking I would have enjoyed my holiday there.So how about some action on this and not excuses
