I moved my landline to another provider but my account is still active with you ?

    hi there,
    I moved my broadband and phone calls to another provider but my account is apparently still active with you. I also got a mail this morning about a contract price change ?

    My broadband moved on the 13th jan and phone calls moved on 16th Jan.

    Can you confirm that Eir are no longer billing me for the service.

    Hello, I believe Alan has left Eir and I need to talk to someone about how they can explain being billed 69euro this month when I cancelled 2 months ago.  Alan said I would be due a refund and not this.

    Whats the story, and I dont think this is an isolated incident :(
