Lifted from Athlone & routed to UH Galway for night vision training, 2 landings & then onto UH Limerick for the same. Callsign was ALPHA WHISKEY 274.

Very few Fred, only in the bigger areas. When I lived in Germany a few years ago for a few months the local Lidl and shopping center (exc restaurants) were closed on Sundays.

I was in Germany recently and couldnt believe how closed the place was I was saying about 40 minutes from Frankfurt Hahn

My Sister in law brought me to the nearest big town cochem ( its big to them)

And there was a greek restaurant and an irish bar open and that was it

According to post of FB, there are ~ 260 pax, 16 crew and 66 tonnes of fuel. Other comments suggest it's going to a hold in order to burn off fuel

A330 doesn't have a fuel dumpy facility (EI spec anyway).

I'm using EINN Twr/App #1 and it's fairly clear and good at the moment.

    Don't use EINN Gnd/Twr/Ops, you won't hear a peep!

Will be making an approach after 1 more lap, full fire service in attendance and the aircraft will be stopping on the runway after landing.

Possibly a hydraulic issue if he's stopping on the runway

Unsure, however engine #2 had indications of fire upon leaving Dublin.

Could see EI145 holding from West Clare.
