Likely either N819AX or N846AX, military charter as said below

Omni's 3rd 772, N828AX, is inbound Shannon now, not blocked on FR24

I’d look at the flight on FR24, see what aircraft operated it, and whether it was late getting in from its previous leg.

Or if there’s delays across other flights from/to the same airports

Conditions can vary vastly over a few kilometers, and my experience with Cork is that the airports weather is often quite different from the city.
