Operations at Dublin gone to RWY16. Any reason why as the wind seems to suit 28 at the mo?

Tried listening on live atc but there's too many frequencies so couldn't follow , apart from hearing "technical problem".

Their operational frequency was advising an inbound ryr crew that their outbound aircraft may change due to a technical issue with the aircraft they are due to take.

    Wow, interesting event this...

Was just about to say the exact same thing!

Its 220 degrees on the 6pm metar, so neither seems more favourable than the other wind wise.

Suggesting that the icing caused issue with dispersal of heat somehow?

Or the icing screwed with the engine control unit thinking it needed more power than conditions actually did?

Picking up icing at cruise and light engine vibration, declared a pan and requested early descent.

Seen it land. Got a few snaps.

Would they be Ryanair pilots flying or Boeing?

Is EI-CBK on training or test flight ? I see it was in Knock, but EI regional don't fly there now.

Always Ryanair pilots, Boeing very rarely send a new aircraft on delivery with its own pilots, it will be the company who ordered the aircrafts pilots or a ferry pilot hired in by the company. Airbus is the same
