well they say there is more millionaires in Killarney than anywhere else in Ireland excluding Dublin. most of them wouldn't be flashing it around though, cash is a disaster that way;)

Don't know how that man sell cars

He's been like that for years , don't know how he survives - prices cars high and never lowers prices. I like his taste in cars though.

I've seen that panemara a few weeks ago, not really a fan in general but the color and rest of the package was white nice compared to the usual grey or black

Pass a guy driving a blue 141D quattroporte most mornings on way to work ( guy who owns it builds those cool boats in cork that are sold all lover world) - this morning its pearlscent white . Obviously a wrap - a lot more distinctive than blue - heard people say this costs about €500 and other people say it can cost a few grand - seen a few wrapped cars for sale but how does buyer know whether car is covered in dents / scratches when wrap is removed !

Usually costs between 1000-1500 for a good wrap using good materials.

How would these dents and scratches get onto the paintwork that is under the wrap?

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,417 ✭✭✭goochy

yes that's what I mean - Deerpark recently sold a 2006 jaguar XK with a wrap - saw it on road - lovely car but matt grey / black wrap cheapened it.

While that's an absolutely class car, the dash lets it down IMO. It looks like something out of a 90's Jap car.

The dash & wheel remind me of 00s peugeots, like 206 & 306 tbh..

90s jap dashboards are much less fancy than that :pac:

I did a track day experience day a while a go. I was allowed a few laps in 4 cars of my choice that were there that day. There was an F430, Gallardo, GTR and some McLaren and Aston Martin. There was also a 911 GT3. I had a go in the Ferrari and Lambo first, and other than being able to say I have ticked that box, they did nothing really for me. In fairness, the interior seats and sills were covered to protect them and the track was like a go cart track. Third car was the GT3, it was manual compared with everything else on offer which was auto. It was so good, I used my 4th run to take it out again. Absolutely loved it compared to the Italian pair.
