I'm all for it being a 'no pic no post' thread.

With a separate discussion thread of course.

Ah stop, those threads are awful!

One thread, with photos and a bit of discussion here and there - it never hurt anyone. Having a strict NO chat rule in a thread is just annoying imo.

I'm just saying that if this were to be made a no chat thread, why wouldn't you want to discuss the pictures elsewhere?

Ah yes - sorry when I said those threads I was specifically talking about the No pic / no chat threads.

Why would anyone in their right mind suggest that we should have one thread to look at a picture and then another separate thread to discuss the picture

+1. Why do people have to insist on making simple things stupidly complicated?

Not uncommon, there is a very set up on the Emergency Services forum. It works of course but its just unnecessary from what I can see.

Because some people just want to look at pictures without having to waft through the pages and pages of inane bullscutter than some of the people here put up.

I saw 96C36 in Dublin yesterday, it looked very sleepy, same as this
    382526.jpg
    Registration 96C36
    Make MERCEDES BENZ
    Model C36
    Description AMG AUTO
    Engine Capacity 3606

Those mercs look really good with those alloys. It's sad that most of those wheels are on Volkswagens these days... :)

Those wheels that scene muppets put on their TDI sh*teboxes are copies from the W210 E55/Lorinser copies, which are 18inch.

Having said that, don't know if I'd have a set like that on my own car

To quieten down the whingers brigade I saw an old Land Rover series 3, SIC80. Sounded like the 2.25 weasel powered edition :)

Looks good in the flesh, Yas Marina Blue it's called. There's a 151 M3 around Waterford in the same colour. It's the colour I'd pick for it.

The photo mustn't do it justice then. I've seen a kind of reddish orangish colour... Looks great!

It would look better in Estoril Blue IMO.

Just checked it there, it's a fine looking colour but I think that colour would suit only an M3.
Alpine white looks savage as well.
