Isn’t that the track version of the m4? The ride must be unbearable on Irish roads, the normal m4 is so stiff already

I was there for a short while this morning, that Evora was a stunner.

Loved the RHD Miura S on Limerick plate, immaculate.

    Customs seized maybe?

Hopefully. The VRT will be cheaper than a repair bill.

I was driving behind one the other day & it was stopped beside a swb transit. They were honestly the same dimensions, it's a colossal thing.

I wouldn't have thought that until you said it, but I passed it again earlier this evening on the M50, this time on a transporter with an SLS AMG and a load of other mundane SUVs etc.

If I were to guess I'd say it belongs to Paddy Connolly

If I had that kind of money I'd much prefer to invest it in a new M5 instead.

"Invest" doesn't necessarily mean it'll give an ROI ;)

    Definition - “Invest”

    1. put (money) into financial schemes, shares, property, or a commercial venture with the expectation of achieving a *profit*

I suppose that's the connotation of the word :D

Car people know the actual meaning of "invest" when it comes to cars :pac:

I suppose the classic car guys are the odd ones out. Well it depends on what and when they buy of course. Then again every single one of them I know will throw big wads of cash at their pride and joys no matter whether it's a Fiesta or a Ferrari and hang the cost. So yeah, they're just as daft. :D

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.

My E36 has doubled in value since I bought it, easily. However I have thrown more than that appreciated value into it in maintenance, preventative maintenance and upgrades and I haven't even scratched the surface in what still needs to be done. And that's with parts costing me nothing or cost price at most Smiles per mile is what matters and a project is half the fun.
