I was talking to a man 2 weeks ago and asked him how the Ferrari was going and he said he'd sold it and was in the process of buying an Aston DB 11. Saw this today and am guessing this is it.

    Few pics of said Ferrari.

I would prefer the look of the ferrari personally. Don't think that's Aston's finest work

They sound nice, but they are the automotive equivalent of that Indian fella wearing all the gold.

That's a great pic with the Ferrari and the Fergie together.
You won't see that too often.
    Where was the show?

Ben Bulben motor show. Grange, North county Sligo.

Always a great show and has been building year on year. Usually June bank holiday but unlikely now by the looks of things.

I know the place often passed through.

Looks like a grand show a bit like Tay and Tractors meets Cars and Coffee :)

Pity that it and so many others are doubtful now.

Tay and Tractors needs to be a thing.

Tay and Tractors needs to be a thing.

Lots of people used to be into that, was very popular. Its really fizzled out these days, most like me are extractor fans.

When the owner doesn't want dents from other cars' doors it's perfect parking :D

looking at the ding in the passenger door, we'll allow it.

  • Registered Users Posts: 73,454 ✭✭✭✭colm_mcm

To be fair the car park was probably 95% empty as Lidl was the only place open.

Too late for that looking at the ding in the rear passenger door on the driver's side. :pac:

If I had €200k to drop on a car I'd be going for a brand new, full spec M5 rather than a 12 year old Ferrari.

Ad doesn't mention how much the road tax is.... I'm out.

    ==2008 FERRARI 599 GTB FIORANO F1 AUTO COUPE==FIN...
Whats the idea of the SHOUTY descriptions and double equal signs in advertisements. Annoys the cr@p out of me

Everytime I read them, I'm tempted to read them in the same voice as "Hi... I'm Barry Scott"

Presumably to make it stand out. It stands out alright but not in a good way!

Or a one year old M5 and about €80,000 in your pocket!

It would be a 911(997) in some shape or form instead of the Ferrari or M5 for me.

In fairness it was terrible for a very good reason, that day I did the runway club.... nothing but 15 second drag races for a few hours...!
