    Actually it is as long as it can be clearly seen and isn't obstructed like it is in that pic.

    Maybe but it can't be intruding on any area the wipers clear either or it's deemed to be obstructing drivers view which is another offence.

    no, I thought it's a 73.. I took a quick picture as I was walking past, didn't want to be too nosey.. when posting the pic with comment I noticed it's actually a 72.

    In statute book, There is specific reference to the plate being placed vertically, or nearly vertically. The rake of a windscreen is a long way from vertical.
    There is also reference to the plate being mounted on the vehicle.

    You should get an exemption against having to put a numberplate on the front of a Lambo like that. They always look a bit silly.

    It's a full on race car rather than a special edition road car. I think this is a Huracan GT3 evo.
