Looks like he crossed a kerb going sideways and cought the front end on a lamp post for good measure.

I don't think Citroen needed any help. It looked brilliant as standard.

Spotted this S90 in Sandyford today. Beast of a car in the flesh.

Nah - was available for test drive in Cork at some point - was part of the demo fleet of S90's that were touring all the dealers.

The guy getting in the car works for the company who look after Volvo's demo's (along with a good few other manufacturer's), based in Sandyford, so he's probably fuelling it before it heads out somewhere.

We've one here at the moment (which those guys are supposed to collect this afternoon) and it is a beast of a car. All the demo's are running on 20" wheels (the one we have has a few chunks out of a couple of rims already) and ours has over €10,000 of extra's fitted, which always helps make a nice car :D

Slightly better in the flesh than pictures, but still not Volvo's best effort.

    V90 will solve the issue.

What engines are in the demo's?

What engine is in the demo's?

Mix of both the D4 190ps FWD and the D5 235ps AWD.

The pictured one is a D4 as is the one we have here, but I know there's a least 1 Black D5 around for Demo and probably more than just the 1.

Have you driven a D5 235 AWD? If so, what's it like?

No, not yet. Only had a brief spin in the D4 so far.

That gets the power down pretty well and is more than adequate. D5 in the new XC90 wasn't lacking at all, so in the lower, lighter S90 it should be decent.

As there's not many around at the moment, they are still going here there and everywhere, but hopefully Volvo will get a D5 over at some point soon.

I think the new S90 and XC90 are amazing cars! If I had the money I don't know which one I would buy - maybe both?! They look very good in the flesh indeed :)

Will they make a dent against the germans and lexus though only time will tell.

Have you seen the spec, prices & tax rate on the D5 235 AWD? Is that info online?
