Hi All,

I am just wondering if any readers might be able to help me.

I am trying to raise a SECURED loan on an 87 Acre farm that i inherited which is leased out. The money is to be used in another business in which i would be a partner (30%) and to help develop my own business.( I am an Accountant by background).

Unfortunately, i broke my Ankle in August 2014 and had Three operations on it afterwards which kept me on crutches and effectively out of work since. As a result, it is hard to show my ability to repay such a loan and thus i am having trouble raising it in the first place.

Your ideas / suggestions to help raise this would be welcome.
