    Hi, we are living in Spain this past year and now need to submit a Spanish Tax Return showing our foreign assets.
    I require a letter from BOI confirming the date we opened our account and also an official statement print out for our Current and Saving A/CSI. I need to talk to a person in BOI Dundrum or email them with the details required but When I ring I can only get through to select various options. 
    Any suggestions?

    Hi Oliver, thanks for getting in touch.

    If you’re registered for 365 Online you can get an eStatement for your accounts, or you can send a request for a statement using the Online Service desk, just use the ‘Ask a question option’.

    You could also call 0818 365 365 (or +3531 4044000 from abroad) when you call this number you will hear a menu of options. Choose option 1 and then 5 and then select option 1 to order a statement for your account.
