Possible to check if we'll get efibre?

So I check the map regularly and there is finally a cabinet planned (OLA1_002) which should be coming sometime this year. Now my issue is after reading about so many people being near cabinets and not getting efibre, I want to know if it's possible to find out if the house will be connected to it before getting my hopes…

From the map we're about 900m from the cabinet but I know that's as the crow flies. We're not included on Eir's FTTH plan so we must be assumed as being close enough but we are also in the orange for NBP.
