Experiences of Cluas - listening therapy?

I was wondering if anyone hear had any experience in sending their child to http://cluas.ie/. Our son (4) has delayed speech and language (and possible ASD) and we were thinking of maybe sending him to the clinic in Cork. However it is very expensive and I was looking for any actual experiences from people here. Thanks,
