Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Well Lads,

I've been around a while but due to mates moving and travelling around with work I have found that my group has dwindled. I am currently in Dublin and in late 20's. Life and work has slowed for the better so looking just to meet up with other people to watch football, rugby, pint etc. And rebuild that social life. I hurt my back playing rugby so things like 5 a side are a no go.

My girlfriend just moved over from London and joined girl crew on fb which has been a great success for her but I have not been able to find anything similar for guys. Any time I tried and search, let's say the websites I don't want come up...

If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great.

    Thanks,

    UL

There's usually a boards beers from the various forums going on at least once a month. Keep an eye out here or even in the soccer and rugby forms.

There are? Haven't seen a thread about one in eons!

OP, if you live in the Smithfield/Stoneybatter area, I'll meet you for a pint!

    Thanks for the reply lads.

I tried meet up and presently a member of Dublin traders. A lot of the people are older than myself and already have older mates so looking for people closer my age eg mid/late 20s early 30s .

Pepe, I live in Ballsbridge but happy to meet in town for football some day if you're interested. I'm an Arsenal fan btw.

    Thanks,

    UL

I'm 30 and moved to Dublin about 2 years ago - don't know many people either. Live with my fiancé who's 22 in the city centre and love beer and football... although I'm from Bolton, England, I'm a huge Bolton Wanderers fan :-D Sorry about that but hey someone has to be..! My girlfriend doesn't like football but seeing as I pay a fortune for Virgin media I'm allowed to watch the football every weekend ;-)
