I need to purchase a personal retirement bond. I am 32 and the funds for purchase will be coming from an Irish Life pension scheme which is behind wound up. Where can I read up about them and get information on which bond to go for?

Hi Rackstar,

A PRB is straightforward, it is a plan that will remove trustees on your original pension plan and put it into your own name for retirement. Have you an advisor already recommending one or doing it yourself? depending on the amount etc you can get good rates on buy out bonds these days.
