New workout program

    Looking for a bit of a dig out, need to change up my routine for the next few weeks, in the last 5 months I've been following Neil hills y3t and just finishing up a month of fst-7 now! Been focusing mainly on muscle increase and heavy weights! I guess I'm looking to mix it up a bit and start to lean out anyone working off anything decent currently or any ideas on what programs to check out?
    Was looking at Steve cook's "modern physique program" but wouldn't mind any alternatives!
