Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Why would you think this?
Well the mention of "toxins" usually means Bro science(™) or Chick thinking(™) is coming along for the ride. Cleansing, detoxing and all that attendant stuff. Before you know it you're whacking prayer bowls sniffing burning sage and omming at crystals. :D It can certainly have a placebo effect, but beyond that has feck all actual medical science behind it. If your body builds up toxins by even a remarkably small amount you become very ill and on the way to a pine box. Saying that I could see how deep tissue massage might help invigorate the lymphatic system and help speed up the removal of normal waste products from the body.

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.

Yeah that a line that gets wheel out.
    It's completely false though
    Why would you think this?

Generally it's the liver and kidneys that release toxins from the body. Not a nice massage.

    And the skin. Lungs too.

You don't think a good massage can aid lymphatic drainage

A specific manual lymphatic drainage massage- yeah, sure. The average full body massage aiding it to a degree that it's eliminating toxins that haven't already been targeted - not so much.
