Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

33 (pre baps) points with Payet, Bertrand, San(C)hez and Bellerin to play. Under-par I'd imagine, but glad I have my captain after a few lacklustre big names.

I got one thing right - choice of keeper, everything else went bad - 3 goals and assist on the bench, sigh :(, obv Huth was the right choice, but it would be nice to get a bit of luck in this game sometime

I need to stop buying into the hype of some players, Payet hasn't produced FF wise in last few games however i still have him, and i got Sanchez as everyone was saying he back to his best in some cup game - could show what he's worth tomorrow but i have a feeling he won't.

Perfect second half today. 60 with Payet, Cresswell, Sanchez & Rooney left. Great day so far :)

Khazri is doing to PVA what Mirallas did to Baines last season. Without the set pieces.

Without attacking, PVA is just an adhesive used to strengthen brittle matchstick defences :o

Alder on for 2 bonus :D

60 after subs (-4) with one to play.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,685 ✭✭✭sheroman01

WC played, mainly due to losing interest in the game!! 47 with Mert, Cedric, Payet, Sanchez and Giroud to go :)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,043 ✭✭✭remoteboy

Good day so far - 50 from 7 pre bonus. Brought in Firmino and Siggy on wildcard which paid off handsomely. Brought in Huth too but gave him 3rd place on my bench :o

Captain Kane kept up my incredible record of captain picks.

Have Forster in the late game. Then Belly, Ozil and Rooney tomorrow.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,886 ✭✭✭stephenl15

41 pre bonus Sanchez Payet and Daniels to go. Standard.

Firmino captaincy worked out brilliantly, hopefully he will get 3 bps. Have Delaney as first sub, doubt the rest of my starters won't start though. 39 with 7 to go.

Firmino nailed on for 3 bonus

44 once the bps are added, only bellerin and Sanchez left. Not great I fear. Also fear payet in this game.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 48,256 ✭✭✭✭km79

46 after bonus with darmian payet and Sanchez who are all differential s for me
annoyed I didn't have the balls/brains to go with Elliot over hart :D

something for VVD would be incredible.

    I have the Payet fear.

Oh dear Mignolet..it was looking so good for a clean sheet..even butland on the bench conceding 3 goals did better..
    Time for a reshuffle methinks..

50 points after bonuses with Cech, Smalling, Ozil and Payet to go.

Had Aguero captained and changed it to Kane last minute.
Bringing in Firminio and Alli for Ramsey and Wijnaldum worked.

    Benching Ighalo didn't backfire

Yet another write off of a week although an Antonio hatty would save it.

    No? He's miles in front

Would you believe me if I said I had both Antonio and Payet?

Well, I have them both, the one with more points today stays. The other one leaves immediately.

Payet and Forster here, not sure what I want. A goal from Payet and shiitload of saves from Forster would do the trick I suppose!

Standing ovation for Andros at St James' Park as he leaves the field

What has this to do with FPL you may rightly ask:pac:

Tough break for the lad - only his second game for Newcastle and the supporters are applauding the manager for taking him off 😜

Would prefer Antonio points how about Payet gets all three assists and they both get 3 baps?

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,672 ✭✭✭ElTel

54 if I get the 10 bonus points from 8 played.
Payet and Reid incoming with San(c)hez tomorrow.

Don't see any Firmino owners in or around me in the pay leagues which is a relief :)

39 pre bonus with De Gea, Daniels, Sanchez and Payet to go. Another red arrow.

Cresswell CS gone already. Boo :(

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,282 ✭✭✭COH

Played Butland over Lloris thinking Lukaku (who I benched) was out injured ... another 12 points on the bench

on 40 with Payet and Sanchez to play

This game is not helping my hangover

Good question. The last time he started and played 90 minutes was the 28th of November...

Have Delaney to sub in for Kouyate which is pretty lucky for me

Benched wanyama but at least he's showing he's capable of getting points

When you say you benched him, is it not more because you don't want a strong 8, and so he's always the bench fodder that never plays cause he rarely ever gets more than 3 and so there is no pain, i thought about going back to that plan a while ago, my problem is more which of my 5 Midfilders do i sell you bring him in.

Great save from Forster to deny a Payet assist.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,886 ✭✭✭stephenl15

    So close to Payet assist

    And a Reid goal, sickened.

Payet has been atrocious in FPL terms since he came back from injury.
