Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    • I sold shares in 2015 and paid CGT tax via the CGT form
    • I bought shares through a share purchase scheme at a discount and I filled in an RTSO1 form and paid that tax (Benefit in kind i think it's called)

I believe i have to fill in a CG1 form to cover the first bullet above when it becomes available for this year on Revenue.ie

What other forms do i need to fill out in order to be compliant ? (e.g form 11 etc)

You will have to file a Form 11 for 2015 as you received share options in the year. The Form 11 will include details of the capital gains so no need to file a separate CG1
