Hi In the process of agreeing agent contract , would be interesting to hear what limit is the norm for the agent for deal with day to day expenses they can handle without getting prior permission from directors. Thanks.

I would say that this will differ from company to company and directors to directors. It would also depend on what it is for.

We have never set anything in writing with our agent, and we have never had any issues nor accounting issues.
