Whatever happened to all the comotion that used to be in the black box?

Must have been 10 years ago since i was last in town during the rally but i remember the black box car park used to be thronged. How come its empty now with all the lads just sitting in the alway shopping centre revving their engines and beeping their horns?

Few doing donuts thurs night alright but nothing like i remember when i was a young lad...

They're all blasting up and down the old Dublin road dual carriageway

And out the Tuam and Roscommon roads.

They seem well behaved over previous years. Most fans are decent usually just a few bad eggs.

Galway should be thankful that we have this revenue stream in an otherwise quiet month for tourists. We often forget how good we have it
