My understanding, it was decided late last night after the London gig (a few have reported seeing Anthony throw up during the gig), and their hotels and the 3Arena were informed early this morning. If true, I'd be fairly annoyed that they have not made an announcement and it's now several hours later.

Maybe they are giving him time and hoping he will be better for tomorrow? Clutching at straws here I know lol

Have hotel and train from Cork booked and it's now too late to cancel either or get any of my money back. Gonna head up anyway, does anybody know of any other gigs in town tomorrow night...or best alternative/indie pubs & clubs?

I rang them and they will refund half the room cost only (out of goodwill, more than in their terms & conditions) I've settled on travelling anyway now, so gonna try and make the best of it.

Cassidys on Westmoreland Street is good for a few drinks. Bruxelles and the Grand Social play decent music.

This should be good in Whelans http://www.whelanslive.com/index.php/i-heart-xmas/

    TUE 20DEC

Blackbird in Rathmines is probably the best pub in the city for me.

There's a Chilli Peppers tribute band playing in the Grand Social tomorrow night if you still want your fix. €10 entry.

Well Ticketmaster have told me I'll have my refund in 3-5 days and I haven't sent my ticket back yet. Seems they might just cancel it.
