    eir, I've been tying to speak to someone since 8am about my mobile data allowance. Called 1901 at 8am and followed the menu, was told by the person who responded that I should hang up and call again - press * on the menu. This didn't work. Have now tried webchat and it's "extra busy". Bad customer experience so far this morning.....
