Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Getting fairly sick of Owen's 'analysis' of benteke at this stage.....non stop complaining and running him down. Benteke is obviously off form and not fitting in that we'll, but Owen has an agenda

It's the usual 'He's not English' rubbish. Amped up because we constantly have Sturridge lurking in the shadows.

Meh, there's hardly a pair of boots on the market that don't look retarded. I presume the ground was firmer/softer than he'd reckoned.

James Collins owned our attack in the league...hopefully he's not as effective today.

Slaven almost going to tackle Benteke

Didn't realise it was the Olympic diving arena West Ham were moving into.

Kouyate lucky, could have been a case of the boys who cried wolf.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,502 ✭✭✭✭martyos121

Flanno must be made of stone. Hope Kouyate's ok though, head injuries are a prick.

Andy Carroll coming on to score the customary revenge goal.

Carroll to score the winner. Hopefully an o.g. one, but probably not.

Ibe again seems probably the worst Liverpool outfield player.

I did like the guilty 'phew' glance from Ilori across to Lucas as the kickout was being taken.

    Here comes Andy....

Sturridge and Carroll to slide into each other, both out for the rest of the season.

    Stewart looks hurt now

Did Sturridge come back on from changing his boots?

A combination of Benteke and Sturridge you might say.

Sturridge's clever ball to Origi just then is the variety of play in our attack we have missed.

Mignolet would want to be careful......Andy likes to slap him in the face during corners....

    Brilliant from Danny

Ibe will be around for a couple of seasons before signing for West Brom.

The Ilori pullback was definitely a penalty although the forward wouldn't have made contact with the ball so the risk by Ilori was unneccessary.

Gah, Sturridge instantly looks different class.

It's hard to tell. How do we know that's even the real Sturridge?

Benteke standing over the freekick....get the **** away from it! :pac:

How many Liverpool games have gone to extra time this season? They must have played more minutes than anyone in Europe this season.

    Sturridge has been missed.

Best player at the club tbh. Pity he's made of paper

He scored one or two great ones for Villa, not a bad effort that time tbh. It's when he's under the slightest bit of pressure by defenders that he can't score.

I was only poking a bit of fun......was a good effort in fairness...

Absolutely. He just brings a different dynamic to the team. We miss him so much. I just hope he gets a few goals before heading off after the League Cup final to get ready for the Euros.
