Dell E7250 display issue

Not sure if this is the correct forum but I'm having display issues with my Dell E7250 laptop (Win7 SP1). I have laptop attached to monitor so opening the lid and closing again cleared things, but I've notided it happening directly on the laptop screen itself when not connected to the monitor.

Anyone else have similiar issue or know a fix?

Thats an OS issue, do a windows integrity check.
