    he Heritage Killenard Co Laois 5K charity run/Walk

    Sunday the 13th of March starting at 11am

    Join us for the 5k Charity run/walk in "The Heritage Killenard"

    for a nice 5k run around their walking track.
    This event is a charity event to raise much needs funds for
    "Portarlington Lourdes Invalid Fund"

    It was a great success last year. This would be a great event for any one doing any couch to 5k training program or anyone who just wants to help this worthy cause and have nice Sunday morning run.
    The Heritage Killenard have kindly offered their facilities and refreshments in the hotel afterwards.

    They have also given us a 100 free day passes to the first 100 who register for this event

    Only a week and a bit to go for this 5k event. Its for a great cause and is being run in one of the nicest hotels in the country, which has a nice 5 running track around the The Heritage Golf course.

    It will be a nice fun run.
