Haven't received my bill for this month

    Hi,

    On my account online, it says "next bill (approx) 5th Feb". But I haven't gotten it yet, and it's been six days. When will I get it? Thanks

    Billing cycles can vary. The bill issue date shown on your online account is approximate only; it is based on the average billing cycle of 61 days. You can find further information on our meter reading policy and billing cycle here.

    If you would like us to have a look into this further, can you please confirm the following details for us by private message:
       
    • Your full name 
    • Your account number 
    • The first line of your address 
    • Your contact number or date of birth 
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
