Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Why the applause for his foul language and foul play on the pitch? Seems a good gent in general but thought he was going to be questioned about that? Clapped for it only.

How come the sound was so clear on the video, are they fitting refs with recorders now, or have they always?

Pray to gawd he isn't being interviewed. Couldn't stomach another bitter "I'm massive in Scandinavia". He has been singing that tune for decades.

That's what I thought. His voice has held up far better than Chris De Burgh's.

they do it in the All Irelan Final and then make a documentary. Its great viewing, even though last Septembers affair was not befitting of a final.

Nicky has experience of backing singing and getting up off a stool, he has no experience of singing solo. He'd be more comfortable if they threw footballs at him than throwing chords at him.

Johnny Logan played in Ballyhaunis a few weeks before the 1987 Eurovision, it was £4.

He played there again about two months after the 1987 Eurovision. It was £5. :D

FACT! (cos I was there both times ;) )

Legendary thread that happened a few years ago. Sprung from a Johnny Logan interview where he mentioned that he was heading straight to the airport to go to Oslo, a group of LLS Boardsies packed the sangwiches and followed suit....in a fictitious type of way
