It's predecessor got away too...


But I traded a much rarer car to get this back with absolutely no regrets. Sitting in my garage ever since, being slowly restored/gathering dust :cool:

These 3 are all gone too! :eek: the middle C220 will live on in another C220, without the CDI engine :cool:

Here's my old rolls royce off to a new home








I've also attached photos of my old V8 454 Suburban, my old Jag S Type (very rare 3 litre V6 manual which I bought off a farmer in westmeath and sold on to a dodgy character in cavan), and finally my old daily hack from a couple of years ago, a 100bhp SE diesel golf that I sold on with 250k on the clock.

The one negative of having a unique car like that is you can never sneak around anywhere. I remember seeing it at the pitch & putt course too.

My old B8 still remember the day I collected it thought it was the best thing ever at the time. Would probably still have it if it hadn't been such a disaster and the fact that we took a vote on here and get rid of it won :pac:

as we're posting old cars, i don't have as single picture of my first car that i can find, a 98 mustang i bought in 2001 while living in california after college, loved that thing, but a love for scuba diving and snowboarding saw it replaced with this, a Ford Expediction, 5.4L V8 eddie Bauer edition. thing was a monster, 12mpg but would carry 8 lads and snowboards through blizzards and feet of fresh snow. only sold when i moved back to ireland. loved this thing
