Hi All, I registered my Leaf on the Nissan Web site, however when I down load the iPhone app and try to login it giving me "user ID / Password invalid". I used my e-mail address as my user id and the password is correct. I tried calling Nissan Ireland and keep getting cut off. Any ideas why this would be happening or did…

Hi All,

I registered my Leaf on the Nissan Web site, however when I down load the iPhone app and try to login it giving me "user ID / Password invalid". I used my e-mail address as my user id and the password is correct.

I tried calling Nissan Ireland and keep getting cut off.

Any ideas why this would be happening or did you experience the same ?

I am using the android app and its working I sign in to the app using my username which was set during registration its not my email its actually

username xxxxxx
password xxxxxxx

In Nissan connect on the website it says "Your email address is your username." under my profile
