    Hey, nope barely any rest.

    Can't sleep, eat, concentrate, focus. I feel worthless and just downright horrible.

    Is there anything you feel would keep your mind distracted for a little while to help calm it?. I often go to music videos - the orb: little fluffy clouds and usura: open your mind are two i tend to go to.. Try to remember you are not your thoughts, they are just passing through.

    Absolutely nothing at all unfortunately. I can't stay focused or concentrated on anything. Tried watching videos earlier and they drove me mad. Can't stick music either which is unusual as it's my go-to thing when I'm feeling like this.

    My mind just won't stop going. It's in complete overdrive and just won't stop.

    I can't sleep yet I'm exhausted, body won't/can't relax because my mind keeps going 24/7.
