Eh..I have a bottle of JD in the freezer, the cold will help and it'll cure what ails ya..

Gargle with salt and warm water. After that make your own hot honey and lemon drink. Put sugar in if it's not to your liking.

I actually haven't touched it!! I have a split shift tomorrow so I am on my best behaviour for the moment.

Tried it multiple times before but does nothing for me. Tis more to do with my ears than my throat. The pain starts in my ear but it goes down into my throat too I have to go doctor Wednesday and get it looked at. Be my third since November getting it looked at. I feel there may be a referral on the cards...
