Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I think I'm developing a real fondness for Southampton

    Huge incentive for Arsenal now

With Spurs losing, Arsenal should be even more up for the occasion. A win for them puts them level at 2nd with Spurs.

    Please don't **** this up

City without Yaya Toure, Silva, Kompany, Kolarov and Zabaleta.

Arsenal are definitely in with a good chance here...

I reckon if utd didnt have the FA Cup, LVG would be sacked after this match with City winning

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,019 ✭✭✭✭adox

City up for it. Arsenal barely had a kick and already 1 down.

    Hope evaporating quickly.

we want a draw or city loss

If City win, is it all over?

No but with their goal differential it would need to be freak results to pass them

Draw or loss here best chance we have

If City win, is it all over?

No they can win today but if they beat Swansea away next week then its over

Welbeck injured, could see him say the F word...

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,414 ✭✭✭Toobz

    stay down agent Welbz!

Edit* obviously not wanting him to be injured just time wasting!

If City win, is it all over?

City need to not win, either today or next week and United need to win both remaining matches.

You'd have to wonder if some of you lads ever did maths. :pac:

I mean there's only two games left. You don't have to be a member of Mensa to work it out. :D

looking at league and noticing Sunderland have scored 1 goal less then united is slightly depressing

I see what you did there, discounting the FA cup as a mickey mouse trophy. Interesting.

Arsenal look like the team that had a midweek game. City look to have much more energy about them.

Yes because the FA cup affects league positions and league games left.

What game are you watching? If they weren't fighting Arsenal would be already out of the game. City are playing with lots of intensity, a high tempo, have better players than Arsenal and they have Aguero who is an absolute beast. They've done well. Hopefully City will tire.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,216 ✭✭✭✭StringerBell

All you can look for here is that City tire before they are out of sight. They are totally outclassing Arsenal.

In fairness they just stood around and watched Madrid play all the football during the week, dont think they exerted too much energy

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,216 ✭✭✭✭StringerBell

Arsenal are feckin pathetic, how many times has Cech been beaten like that this season
