    Hi,

    Is it possible to see a list of all direct debits which go through your account? I currently want to cancel some that have previously gone through.

    Hi Abihsot, 

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    You can view direct debits which has previously left your account by doing the following: 
    • Select 'Statements' from the left hand navigation bar
    • Click 'Advanced'
    • Select 'Direct Debits/Credits' from the drop down list labelled 'Show'.

    This will display all the direct debits on this account from the selected date range. 

    If you have an ROI account with us and you wish to cancel the direct debit, you can do this by going to the last debit taken by the company in your transaction history, click on the plus (+) symbol to the left of the narrative, select the 'Cancel your Mandate' option and click the 'Cancel' option on the right.

    Hi Abihsot,
     
    Thanks for contacting us again here on Boards.ie
     
    In order to view your direct debits on Banking 365 Online which have already been debited from your account please select Statements from the menu on the left hand side , select Advanced & Direct debits from the drop down menu.


    This will show all the direct debits on your account within the dates you have selected. It's not possible to view these in a list.
