Can anyone recommend a good video/program to improve flexibility. Mine is poor shocking and would love to have the cash for yoga/Pilates classes but unfortunately not.

    Many thanks in advance

Is flexibility a good or bad thing in triathlon?

Thinking good, but you'll know better than I.

I think it's important to work on flexibility when doing any sport, a form of stretching and preventing injury.

I know from my experience I am prone to more niggles and issues when I don't stick to a stretching or yoga routine than when I do.

You don't need to be able to turn yourself into a pretzel but most activities will shorten your muscles and it's important to stretch them out again
