epson sx435w cannot tell ink levels

    I have epson sx435w and it cannot give me ink levels because there is a non epson ink cartridge in it. It says an ink cartridge is installed incorrectly too. there two original and two tesco cartridges in it

    Can i cancel the detection of non epson ink

    Fixed. One cartridge was not fitted properly or came loose
