    Hi,
    My account has been open for 30 years.
    When I opened the account I put it under 
    "MR JAMES XXXX" this is how it reads in the directory. 
    How do i go about getting this changed. This has caused confusion over the years as nobody knows me as James. I am known as Jim.
    I'd like to get it changed to either
    "MR JIM XXXX"
    "MR & MRS JIM & ELIZABETH XXXX"
    or if my 1st name cant be changed 
    "MR & MRS JAMES & ELIZABETH XXXX"
    if you could point me in the right direction
