    Hi, wondered if there may be any deals on elec at the moment. With SSE on a day/night meter. Offer is  14.07 Day, 6.97 night ex vat, €30 cashback, 1 yr contract. Do you have a better deal going ?

    Should you choose to switch to Electric Ireland for electricity only and avail of the direct debit and online billing discount then the unit rates of this offer can be found online here.

    Hi again Curious Geroge,

    Just to add to Brige's post, the unit rate with the Nest or Climote offer remains as the standard unit rate. The discounts for these offers are in the form of the €400 Nest or €335 Climote being free of any upfront charge (the two-year contract, direct debit and online billing are the requirements for these heating controls to involve no charge).
