Does Eir's recent call charge price increase represent a new contract ?

    Got a note recently that Eir's call charges were going up, and a deadline date if I didn't wish to proceed wth this ? If this date expires, and I haven't said anything, am I into a new 18 month contract ?

    No, acceptance of the price change does not commence a new contract.
