Looking to create a gaming build

Hi Folks, I told a friend in work who builds his own PC's that I was planning to build a new gaming rig at a budget of about €1k. He sent me a skylake build with an AMD card that he threw together on overclockers. It ran at around €1350, so I put it into pcpartpicker and the same parts ran about €1200. Still, slightly more…
