Deceased customer - question re. closure of account

    Hi,

    Following the death of a family member, can you please advise what the process is for:
    • eventual account closure, and
    • an initial cancellation of TV service leaving just phone/broadband

    In the latter case, is there any contract entered into if the service is downgraded? The phone line will need to be maintained while the property is being dealt with.
