Not in a carpark but I would highly recommend the one at the big Topaz garage on the Dock Road, the one with Supermacs in it. There are 4 or 5 lads there who do a fantastic wash including hand dry for 7.00 for a standard car, Jeeps etc a bit more.

+1 for the guys in Arthur Quays carpark if you're every looking for a valet job done.
