Account not fully closed, please fix!

    I left Eircom last October and i am still getting a bill every month via email.
    Thankfully there are no charges on the bills, only €8 odd of credit.

    I am guessing the account cannot be fully closed while it has a balance on it.

    Can you look into this for me?

    The credit invoices will keep coming until the credit is claimed - to claim the credit please contact eir accounts on free phone 1901 or via WebChat at www.eir.ie/chatnow.
