Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi All,

Just looking for a ballpark estimate for the following:
building within an industrial unit: 1 Office, 10sq mt, one empty room, 40sq m, and a set of ladies and mens bathrooms with two toilets and showers each. (Water supply and waste pipes already in situ)
(All this would be one unit within an industrial unit split into the above rooms, nothing fancy, just partitions really).

Any guidance and estimates would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

Have you already gotten fire safety cert approval and a disability access certificate or allow for these costs in the ball park price?

    Hi all,

Thanks for the replies. I don't have any drawings. We're at very early stages, without even having a leased property yet. We're trying to work out a high level estimate for installing a few partitions, toilets and showers into an industrial unit for the purposes of writing a business plan and coming up with some cost projections etc.
Finding it difficult to figure out how to put a high level estimate on it.
Will need change of use and fire cert done and works done on building too and were estimating 10k all up.

Sorry I can't speak in any definite terms so probably shouldn't be wasting your time, but just trying to get a handle on cost of this as someone with no experience in anything like this.

    Thanks

Allow 10k just to get through the planning, Fire cert and disability access cert stages.
